Sign-in & event readiness

Email-link login requires approved delivery setup and registration provisioning before activation. ChatGPT test sign-in is available only on the original Sites host. A new verified account has no privileges until Emerson assigns it. Lishore must sign in with his verified Yale account and receive owner approval. Only three fictional attendees exist; there is no real participant enrollment yet.

Optional résumé uploads remain private to their owner. Uploading does not give employers, peers, or staff permission to read a résumé. Contact requests are checked when this page is visible and when you return to it; revocation cannot erase information already copied.

Before event use, test separate accounts and printed badges on physical phones, confirm staff access and a privacy/retention policy, and keep a staff-controlled paper backup for connection failures. Never put contact details in a public fallback list. No offline synchronization is provided.

Test guide

  1. Sign in as Emerson to access staff functions and the owner-only simulation selector.
  2. Simulate Jordan; open Taylor’s badge and request contact details.
  3. Simulate Taylor; approve just email, then return to Jordan to confirm phone remains hidden.
  4. Revoke the grant as Taylor. Confirm Jordan loses access. Neither Jordan nor staff can read Taylor’s résumé.
  5. Return to Emerson/staff, open a badge, choose a session and check in twice. Only one log row should remain.

For real separate-account testing, sign in on another device and have the owner explicitly assign that verified account. The test email strings themselves are not login credentials.
